Mgr. Jakub Němec

Advokát, member of the Czech Bar Association since 2022.

Jakub began his legal career during his studies at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, gaining invaluable experience at a leading international law firm within a Big Four consulting group. After graduating in 2018, he deepened his expertise as a trainee lawyer at Mareš Partners. In 2022, he successfully passed the Bar Exams with distinction.

Jakub specializes in corporate law, contractual relations, transactions, and energy law. He provides tailored legal advice on specialized financial and commodity operations, leveraging contract frameworks such as EFET and ISDA. His expertise extends to real estate and labour law, as well as representing clients in administrative and court proceedings.
