Advokát, member of the Czech Bar Association since 2000.

Iva graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2000 and studied EU Law and Public International Law at the Faculty of Law in Padua, Italy. She passed the Bar Exams in 2003.

Before joining Mareš Partners in 2024, Iva worked at the international law firm Linklaters and at the renowned Czech law firm, where she rose to the position of partner. Iva focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract and real estate law. She has broad experience in providing legal advice, especially to multinational corporations, especially in the area of establishing and developing business activities in the Czech Republic, managing the corporate matters, preparation of various types of contractual documents and security instruments, participating in transactions of purely domestic or cross-border nature, resolving employment law issues, as well as enforcing and/or defending the client´s interests before the courts.

Iva’s working language is, in addition to Czech, English and Italian, and she has an active knowledge of French.
